Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
Seeds are packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or equivalent service. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment. Tracking is provided for all domestic orders.
We ship to many international destinations. International delivery typically takes 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs. The buyer is solely responsible for compliance with their country's import regulations. Galactic Gardens is not responsible for packages seized or delayed by customs, and does not issue refunds for customs seizures.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days. We will investigate with the carrier and assess replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible for packages stolen from delivery locations.
Unopened seed packs may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To initiate a return, contact galacticgardens20@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Due to the nature of seed products, opened packs are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns of opened seed packs.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation of the damage. Do not discard any packaging. We will assess and provide replacement or refund for confirmed damaged orders.
We stand behind the quality of our genetics. If you experience germination failure under documented correct conditions (21–25°C, proper moisture, darkness), contact us within 30 days of delivery with documentation of your germination process. We assess germination claims on a case-by-case basis.
Galactic Gardens is not responsible for packages seized by customs or border authorities. Buyers order at their own risk in jurisdictions with restricted import laws. We do not issue refunds for customs seizures.
