Yes. For large pack orders, multi-strain orders, or commercial seed quantities, reach out via the contact form with your requirements. We work with commercial operators and will discuss appropriate pricing and terms directly.

Seeds are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. The return address will be listed as Galactic Gardens or a generic business name.

Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Domestic US delivery is usually 3–7 business days via USPS Priority or similar. International orders may take 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs.

We ship to many international destinations. However, it is the buyer's sole responsibility to know and comply with their country's import laws regarding cannabis seeds. Galactic Gardens is not responsible for packages seized by customs. We do not issue refunds for customs seizures.

Yes. A tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Yes. Galactic Gardens is Mile High Dave's direct storefront. Every seed pack you purchase comes directly from the source — no resellers, no third parties. Authenticity is guaranteed on every order.

We stand behind the quality of every seed pack. If you experience germination issues under correct conditions (proper moisture, temperature 21–25°C, darkness), contact us within 30 days of delivery with documentation of your germination process. We will assess on a case-by-case basis.

Feminized (Fem): Bred to produce only female plants (99%+ accuracy). Best for most growers who want flowers. Regular (Reg): Contains both male and female seeds — essential for breeders. Autoflower (Auto): Flowers automatically based on age rather than light cycle — great for beginners or outdoor growers needing faster cycles. See our full guide for more detail.

Store seeds in a cool, dark, dry environment. A sealed glass jar with a desiccant packet in the refrigerator (5–10°C) is ideal for long-term storage and can maintain viability for years. Avoid temperature fluctuations and high humidity. See our seed storage guide for full details.

Cannabis seed legality varies significantly by country, state, and locality. Seeds are sold by Galactic Gardens as collectible novelty items. The buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. We do not provide legal advice — consult a local attorney if you are unsure about your jurisdiction's rules.

No. Galactic Gardens requires all customers to be 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly sell to anyone under the legal age. Any orders suspected to be from minors will be cancelled and refunded.

We ship to all US states. However, regulations regarding cannabis seeds vary by state. The buyer assumes all legal responsibility for compliance. We reserve the right to cancel orders to jurisdictions where we determine shipping would create unacceptable legal risk.

Unopened seed packs may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (shipping costs are non-refundable). Opened seed packs are non-refundable due to the nature of the product. To initiate a return, contact galacticgardens20@gmail.com with your order number.

Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged packaging and seeds. We will evaluate and arrange a replacement or refund for genuinely damaged orders. Do not dispose of any packaging or seeds before contacting us — documentation is required for claims.
